Following on from the success of their first online leadership program, the National Rural Women’s Coalition is pleased to offer a second E-Leaders Program. Twenty rural women from around Australia will be selected to participate in a 16 week leadership program that will be delivered via a series of webinars.  The technology used to deliver the program allows for interactive learning and online networking. Participants will work on an identified project relating to their farm business, community or rural sector during the course of the program.
