Hello all Next Gen Bundy/Isis members! A quick update of what’s been happening…..
Canetrends Bundy was a very successful day for us on 16th May (even if it showered rain for most of the day). Our aim was to promote this group, and get as many contact details as possible. It was great to have Gerard Puglisi (the Next Gen Officer) present to show off the Cane Captiva – it certainly turned a few heads. The response from all visitors was better than we anticipated with over 20 signing up on the day and we’re confident we’ll keep growing. Thanks very much to Gerard for attending and Lex for helping out.
Next Gen Bundy/Isis Meeting was held at Josh’s place after Canetrends. This was our first meeting and was very well attended. This was a great starting point for us, as we explained the purpose of the group and had an open forum on “where the members would like us to focus our topics into the future.” Thanks very much to Josh for opening up his home, providing cold drinks and preparing a great BBQ.
Next Gen Reps to meet in Brisbane. On June 14th, the Next Gen Reps from throughout the industry will meet in Brisbane to discuss the “Action Plan for the Industry” that they have compiled. They will meet with industry groups to promote this plan and the Next Gen program.
Welcome New Members. Our group is only new and many of your friends have not heard of us yet. If you know anyone else who you think would like to be involved, please let us know.
Our Next Meeting. It is our intention to have meetings approx 2 months apart. No date has been set for our next meeting but we anticipate it to be towards the end of July. Cathy Kelly from QSL may be available to explain Forward Pricing options. Please let us know if you have any other topics that you would like covered.
Sponsors. We’d like to thank our interested sponsors. We appreciate your support and look forward to talking to you in the near future, with the opportunity to assist us at a future meeting.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact one of us.
